To file a new business, click on one of the business entity types from the list below.
Online filing of Limited Liability Company (LLC) Articles of Organization is now available. If you want to submit already-drafted Articles of Organization, you must submit them in person or by mail, because attachments cannot currently be filed online. This office will offer this feature online in the future.
The Office of the Secretary of State is in the process of implementing new online services. During implementation, please do not consider your transaction complete until you receive confirmation from this office.

To file a renewal or an amendment:
- Click on the appropriate tab to enter either your business name or file number, then click the [Search] button.
- Find your business in the list of results.
- Click on the link “Details” located on the right side of the page to access your business record.
- Click on [File Amendment or Renewal].
